Dear     ,

Based on the information you provided in your Expression of Interest (EOI) to the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program for Skilled Worker (MPNP-SW), we are pleased to invite you to submit a full application.

This Letter of Advice to Apply is valid for 60 days from the date of this message.

You now have two options:

If your situation (or that of your spouse or partner) has changed, you should try to re-calculate your ranking points using our Ranking Points grid available on our website before you decide to submit a full application.

Declining your Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA)

If your new score is lower than the minimum points score in the draw from which you were advised to apply, you should consider declining this LAA. You should also consider declining if you no longer meet the eligibility criteria of one of the MPNP streams. If you decide to apply in the above cases, your application may be refused. If you decline, you would have to submit a new EOI to be considered for future rounds of invitations.

Note: If you had a birthday since you submitted your EOI and your age score has changed, this will not cause us to refuse your application.

Accepting your Letter of Advice to Apply

If you choose to accept this LAA, you can log into the Government of Manitoba account you created when submitting your EOI and continue with a full application. Because your entries from EOI will be transferred to your full application, please wait 48 hours before proceeding to ensure your information has migrated. You should immediately start gathering all the supporting documents and information you need to include so you can submit your application within the 60-day deadline.

This LAA will expire if you do not:

If you fail to take action on this LAA, your EOI will expire and your profile cannot be considered for future rounds of invitations. If you later decide that you wish to be considered again, you will need to submit a new EOI and meet the requirements in place at that time.

Thank you for your interest in Manitoba as your immigration destination in Canada.

Sincerely,

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program – Skilled Worker
