Your Expression of Interest (EOI) will now be entered into the selection pool for a period of 12 months. If your EOI is not selected within 12 months from the date of receipt, it will be removed from the selection pool.

EOI scores will be ranked against each other and only the top scoring applicants will be invited to apply. Draws will occur periodically throughout the year with results from each draw posted online. Visit the OINP website for updated information about draw dates.

You will be notified by email if you have been invited to submit an application to the OINP Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream. Instructions on how to apply will be provided at that time.

You can log into your account at any time to view the status of your EOI.

The OINP e-Filing Portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Authorization to Collect, Use, Retain and Disclose Personal Information  

By registering my expression of interest with the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, I consent to the collection, use, retention and disclosure of the personal information provided in my expression of interest (EOI) by the Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development (MLTSD) for the purposes of processing, assessing and verifying my EOI and for all purposes authorized under section 21 of the Ontario Immigration Act, 2015. “Personal information” has the same meaning as under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990 c. F.31 and includes the personal information contained in my EOI and in any subsequent communication with MLTSD, whether provided by me or any representative I may appoint.

The Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development (MLTSD) is subject to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. F.31 (FIPPA). All information collected in your expression of interest (EOI) is necessary for the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program's (OINP) proper administration. The OINP and the collection of personal information required for its administration is authorized under the Ontario Immigration Act, 2015, S.O. 2015, c. 8. Any personal information collected by MLTSD in connection with your EOI will be used for the purposes of ensuring the OINP’s proper administration, including processing, assessing and verifying your EOI. Personal information has the same meaning as under FIPPA. "You can submit an application to the OINP on your own or appoint a paid representative to do so on your behalf. 

Authorizing a representative to assist you can be helpful but is not necessary. "
