Find out if you are eligible to apply: marital status, province

Click Open Work Permit

IMM 5710: click it. Then press "Download" in the upper right corner of your browser.

Open it using Adobe Acrobat Reader (for example)

Go back to you IRCC account page and click Upload File

Upload all the other documents: passport and your photo

Leave the section "Optional documents" empty

Enter your name and click "Sign"
